SCR 17 - This concurrent resolution establishes the Joint Committee on Solid Waste Management District Operations. The Joint Committee shall continue the cooperation among interested parties in accomplishing the 2013 Report of the Joint Committee on Solid Waste Management District Operations recommendations. The Joint Committee shall prepare a report with its recommendations for any legislative action deemed necessary, for submission to the General Assembly by December 31, 2014, at which time the Joint Committee shall be dissolved.
