SB 674 - This act provides that the Missouri State Capitol Commission shall have the sole authority to enter into contracts with vendors for the sale of items and food and beverages for events held at the state capitol. Such events shall be limited to those commemorating the anniversaries of the state capitol and the state of Missouri. The Commissioner of Administration shall have the sole authority to enter into contracts for the sale of items and food and beverages for events held at the Missouri State Penitentiary (MSP) historic site. The Commissioner may authorize the vendor in such a contract for services at MSP to subcontract all or a portion of such services. Both provisions of this act shall expire on December 31, 2024. This act is identical to HB 1359 (2014). JIM ERTLE
