CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 594 - This act increases the minimum age of an inoperable motor vehicle to 20 years to be exempt from the requirement to obtain an original certificate of title, salvage title, or junking certificate, and repeals the additional requirement to do a lien check prior to a scrap metal operator purchasing a motor vehicle.
