SB 1047 - This act allows cities, towns, or villages located in first or second class counties to consolidate if they have entered into certain intergovernmental agreements, if they are separated by less than 1 mile, and they are connected by at least 2 rights of way.
This act is substantially similar to HB 1684 (2016).
