CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 603 - Currently, a provision of law that a person found guilty of violating the conditions of a protection order can be sentenced with electronic monitoring or placed on probation with the condition of electronic monitoring shall sunset on August 28, 2024.
This act repeals the sunset provision.
This act is identical to a provision in the truly agreed to and finally passed SS#2/SCS/HCS#2/HB 495 (2025).
