CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 737 - Beginning with any administrative hearing commissioner appointed by the Governor after August 28, 2020, this act provides that, once the terms of the existing commissioners expire, no more than one commissioner shall be a resident of the same county or city not within a county.
This act is identical to SB 159 (2019).
