CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 591 - This act provides that the Public Service Commission shall consists of eleven members, instead of five members as currently required. At least one but no more than two of such members shall be appointed to the Commission from each Congressional district. At least three of such members shall be actively engaged in agriculture, as described in the act.
