CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SCR 59 - This resolution urges the U.S. Congress to propose the Regulation Freedom Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
The Regulation Freedom Amendment would provide that whenever one quarter of the members of the U.S. House or Senate transmit to the President their opposition to a proposed regulation, it shall require a majority vote of the House and Senate to adopt that regulation.
