SB 891 - This act requires the Department of Transportation to examine the congestion problems occurring at certain intersections on U.S. Highway 71. The Department must conduct a feasibility study to determine whether overpass systems should be established at such intersections. The act also requires the Department to conduct a feasibility study to determine whether an exit onto U.S. Highway 71 off westbound Interstate 70 should be constructed.
