CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 577 - Under the act, the authority of any electrical corporation to condemn property shall not extend to the construction or erection of any structure or facility that utilizes, captures, or converts wind, air currents, light, or heat generated by the sun to generate or manufacture electricity.
