CCS/HCS/SB 884 - This act provides that the Revisor of Statutes shall amend the Revised Statutes of Missouri accordingly to reflect occurrences when the Supreme Court determines that a bill is unconstitutional on procedural grounds. If a repealed or amended statute is affected, the revisor will reprint the statute as it existed before the enactment of the bill that was declared unconstitutional. If a new statute is affected, the revisor will publish a footnote indicating the court decision and explaining the reason for the removal of the statute. JEFF CRAVER
