CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 845 - Under this act, the Missouri Health Facilities Review Committee shall use a specified formula based on the population of persons age 75 and older in a service area within 15 miles of a project site when granting certificates of need for new beds in existing or proposed long-term care facilities.
