CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 874 - This act removes the current exemption that allows a member of a specified religious denomination, which prohibits photographs of members as being contrary to its religious tenets to elect not to have their photograph taken for identification purposes on a Missouri driver's license and non-drivers identification license.
