CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 796 - Under this act, the Department of Natural Resources is required to submit an initial state plan for complying with the Clean Power Plan to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency by June 30, 2016, in addition to a 2-year extension for submitting the complete state plan.
