SS/SCS/SJR 19 - Currently, four members comprise the Conservation Commission. Upon voter approval, this proposed constitutional amendment increases the membership of the Commission to 6, with no more than 3 members belonging to the same political party. This proposed constitutional amendment also limits the time a member may serve on the Commission to no more than one 6-year term over a period of 12 years. This resolution is similar to SJR 1 (2015), SJR 29 (2014), and SJR 27(2012). KAYLA HAHN
