SB 446 - This act disallows any member of the General Assembly from being employed in any capacity by any of the state four-year higher education institutions or by the University of Missouri system for a period of four years after such member's last term of office as a member of the general assembly has expired. Further, the act disallows any person who has served as a voting member on the University of Missouri's board of curators or on the governing board of any four-year public higher education institution from being employed or compensated by the institution in any capacity not related to service on the board for a period of four years after such person's last term of service.
