CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 290 - This act repeals the exclusion of attorney's fees in excess of $75 per hour unless certain determinations are made by the court from the definition of the term "reasonable fees and expenses" for the purposes of awards to the prevailing party in an agency proceeding or a civil action arising from an agency proceeding.
This act is identical to a provision in HCS/HB 179 (2025).
