SCS/SB 837 - This act requires that when a professional licensee of this state has been found to be delinquent on his or her taxes and then remedies such delinquency, the Director of Revenue shall, within ten business days of notifying the governmental entity issuing the license of the remedy, provide written notification as to such remedy to the licensee. Currently, a license is revoked in the case of tax delinquency. This act says that the license shall be suspended. JIM ERTLE
