CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 819 - This act allows the court to order, in addition to other penalties, the convicted person to reimburse law enforcement for reasonable costs associated with arrests involving violations of county or municipal ordinances relating to prostitution, including the cost of blood testing.
