CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 1215 - Under current law, Section 227.290, RSMo, authorizes the Highways and Transportation Commission to convey land for the best available cash price. This act provides that the commission is authorized to convey the land for fair market value to adjoining land owners or other entities.
