CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 1202 - Under current law, St. Louis City and any county may impose a sales tax for the purpose of providing protective services to children age nineteen or less. This act allows the city of St. Louis to impose a sales tax to provide protective services for the benefit of persons age twenty-one or less.
