CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 758 - This act prohibits certain sexual offenders who have committed an offense against a child from being present in or loitering within 500 feet of any playground or designated camping area of a state park, unless the offender provides notification of his or her presence in the park to the superintendent or his or her designee. Such notification shall include the intended length of time that such offender intends to be present within the state park. Violation of this provision shall be a Class A misdemeanor.
