CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
HCS/SB 502 - This act authorizes the Governor to convey an easement over property in Johnson County to the City of Warrensburg.
This act also authorizes the Board of Regents of Northwest Missouri State University to authorize the conveyance of state property in Nodaway County.
This act is similar to SCS/HB 740 (2007).
