CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SB 882 - Under this act, any school district in which one or more charter schools is operated shall not be required to set an opening date no earlier than fourteen calendar days prior to the first Monday in September.
This act is identical to SB 1458 (2024), HB 2195 (2024), HB 2420 (2024), SB 338 (2023), and HB 918 (2023).
