HCS/SB 769 - This act establishes a procedures for disincorporation of a road district in Jasper County. This act shall not apply to any road district which is located within two counties. A petition to disincorporate shall be signed the lesser of fifty or a majority of the voters within the district. If a petition is submitted and the county commission is of the opinion that it is in the best interest of the public to disincorporate, then such action shall be taken. SUSAN HENDERSON
