CURRENT BILL SUMMARY
SS/SB 348 - This act exempts dentists from acupuncture licensing requirements, only to the extent that the dentist performs oral acupuncture, unless a dentist uses the title "acupuncturist".
This act is similar to SB 1231 (2004).
