SCR 3 - This concurrent resolution establishes the Joint Committee on Solid Waste Management District Operations. The Joint Committee shall be composed of 5 members of the Senate and 5 members of the House of Representatives, with not more than 3 from each chamber being from the same party. The Joint Committee may hold hearings and prepare a report with its recommendations for any legislative action deemed necessary, for submission to the General Assembly by December 31, 2016, at which time the Joint Committee shall be dissolved.
