HJR 29 -- Public Aid for Religious Institutions Co-Sponsors: Reynolds, Richardson, Chrismer, Townley, Kissell, Gratz, Murray This proposed constitutional amendment repeals Section 8 of Article IX of the Missouri Constitution. That section currently prohibits public aid for religious purposes and institutions.
