HJR 27 -- Gubernatorial Elections

Sponsor: Luetkenhaus

This proposed constitutional amendment requires each political
party's nominees for Governor and Lieutenant Governor to appear
as a team on the general election ballot. Voters at the general
election would then vote for one party's team to become Governor
and Lieutenant Governor.
