HJR 27 -- Gubernatorial Elections Sponsor: Luetkenhaus This proposed constitutional amendment requires each political party's nominees for Governor and Lieutenant Governor to appear as a team on the general election ballot. Voters at the general election would then vote for one party's team to become Governor and Lieutenant Governor.
