HJR 25 -- Excess State Revenues

Co-Sponsors:  Hampton, Koller, Crump

This proposed constitutional amendment excludes from the
definition of total state revenues funds received by the state
on behalf of counties and cities and funds allocated to counties
and cities by the state.  Total state revenues are used in the
calculation of excess state revenues.
