HB 975 -- Missouri College Guarantee Program

This bill adds 3 requirements in order to be eligible for
scholarships under the Missouri College Guarantee Program.
These new requirements are (1) students must be recommended for
the scholarship by their former school district; (2) students
must be working toward a degree in education; and (3) students
must agree to teach, upon graduation, for 5 years in their
former school district.  Students who have received a
scholarship but who fail to teach in their former district for 5
years immediately after graduating from college are required to
repay the amount of the scholarship with interest.
