HB 958 -- Primary Elections

Sponsor:  Patek

This bill creates a single primary ballot with all candidates
for offices from every party listed on the ballot.  Voters can
only vote for one candidate for each office, but they can vote
across party lines.  The single ballot, blanket primary would
sunset on December 31, 2002.
