HB 954 -- Coordinating Board for Higher Education

Co-Sponsors:  Relford, Farnen

Current law prohibits educators or educational administrators
from serving as members of the Coordinating Board for Higher
Education.  This bill specifies that only educators or
educational administrators employed with a public or private
institution of higher education are ineligible to serve on the
Coordinating Board.
