HB 931 -- Certification of Juveniles as Adults

Co-Sponsors:  Blunt, Hosmer, Bennett, Legan, Gaskill

This bill mandates that juveniles between the ages of 12 and 17
be tried as adults with no certification hearing if the petition
alleges certain violent crimes, the distribution of drugs, or
the commission of 2 or more prior unrelated offenses that would
be considered felonies if committed by adults.
