COMMITTEE ACTION:  Voted "do pass by consent" by the Committee
on Local Government and Related Matters by a vote of 12 to 0.

This bill corrects the name of the POW/MIA flag.  The statute
about flying the flag at the state capitol names it the
"MIA/POW" flag.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that this corrects an error made
last year authorizing the display of the POW/MIA flag at the
state capitol.
