HB 913 -- Receiving Stolen Property

Sponsor: Naeger

This bill establishes that the penalty for receiving stolen
property is equal to what the person would be charged for
stealing the same amount of property. Currently, receiving
stolen property is a class A misdemeanor unless the property has
a value of $150 or more, in which case it is a class C felony.
