HB 891 -- Child Support Arrearages

Sponsor: Pryor

This bill allows a person to whom child support is owed to cause
property of a person who owes the child support to be seized and
sold to satisfy a child support arrearage of $7,500 or more
maintained for at least 6 months. A payment of less than 25% of
the arrearage will not prevent the seizure and sale.
