Administrative Fund

This bill establishes a Department of Labor and Industrial
Relations Administrative Fund to be administered by the
department director.  The fund will be used to administer the
labor and industrial relations' laws and to provide goods and
services which relate to the administration of these laws.
Moneys in the fund will come from income of the department,
gifts, grants, bequests, and contributions.

This bill has an emergency clause.
