HB 877 -- Campaign Expenditures

This bill requires a corporation or labor organization to
establish a separate fund for political activities.  A labor
organization cannot use membership dues for political activities
or to administer the political fund.  The bill also prohibits an
employee from authorizing automatic payroll deductions for
contributions to a political committee or political fund.
