HB 865 -- Income Tax Deduction for Long-Term Health Care Coverage Sponsor: Pryor This bill allows an individual income tax deduction equal to 100% of the amount paid by a taxpayer to an insurance company for long-term health coverage. This bill will become effective January 1, 2000.
