patients, residents, and clients of the Department of Mental
Health.

This bill will allow the Commissioner of Administration to waive

Health.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that this was in state law and
mistakenly taken out.  The bill allows for the payment of
counseling services and purchases for group homes for children.
