HB 839 -- Missouri Family Trust

Sponsor:  Riback Wilson

This bill reenacts "Missouri Family Trust" statutes which were
included in prior legislation found to be invalid for failing to
have a clear title.  (See St. Louis Health Care Network v.
State, 968 S.W.2d 145 (Mo. banc 1998).)  The bill also
eliminates the word "fund" in some sections and changes the word
"handicap" to "disability."
