This bill authorizes the Department of Natural Resources to
convey an easement in Taum Sauk Mountain State Park for access
to adjacent private property.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say that the department and landowners
agree that this easement is the only reasonable way to provide
access to the private property adjacent to the park.

Testifying for the bill were Representative Crump; and
Department of Natural Resources.
