HB 83 -- Public School Retirement System

Sponsor:  Clayton

A member of the Public School Retirement System who retired
before August 28, 1995, and chose a reduced retirement allowance
of 100% or 75% for a beneficiary, whose beneficiary has died
may, beginning September 1, 1999, collect the amount that the
member would have received had the reduced allowance option not
been chosen.
