HB 824 -- Driver's Licenses for Minors

This bill will prohibit the Director of Revenue from issuing a
driver's license to any person who is under 18 years old if such
person fails to present proof of the successful completion of a
driver's education course approved by the Department of
Elementary and Secondary Education.
