HB 82 -- Probation

Sponsor:  Clayton

Under current law, as a condition of probation, a judge may
order the performance of a designated amount of free work for a
public or charitable purpose.  This bill allows a judge to order
the donation of a designated amount of money for a public or
charitable purpose in addition to or instead of the free work.
