HB 801 -- Tax Credits for Film Production

Sponsor:  Rizzo

Current law authorizes a tax credit for investments of at least
$300,000 in film production activities in Missouri, and limits
these tax credits to $500,000 per taxpayer.  The tax credit
program is capped at $1 million per year.  This bill suspends
the taxpayer limit and annual cap when the investment equals or
exceeds $1 million.
