HB 790 -- Municipally Owned Utilities Co-Sponsors: Kreider, Robirds, Sallee This bill allows any city, town, or village to maintain and operate a gas distribution system, to procure gas from any source, to enter into contracts to obtain gas for resale, and to sell gas to nonresidents of that city, town, or village.
