HB 784 -- Hazardous Substance Reporting Fees

Sponsor:  Wiggins

This bill exempts retail gas stations and convenience stores
from hazardous substance reporting fees if they are in
compliance with state and federal regulations and their
underground storage tank capacity is less than 75,000 gallons of
gasoline and 100,000 gallons of diesel fuel.
