This bill modifies procedures for reestablishing lost corners in
land surveys.  Lost township corners common to 4 townships will
be reestablished by double proportionate measurement between the
nearest existing opposite corners.  Lost township corners on
standard parallels and common to only 2 townships will be
reestablished by single proportionate measurement between the
nearest existing opposite corners on the standard parallel.
Lost section and quarter-section corners on township boundary
lines will be reestablished by single proportionate measurement
between the nearest existent opposite corners according to
conditions represented on the original government plat.
